What does Custom Massage mean?
A massage is the rubbing or kneading of the body's soft tissues. A custom massage simply means that we do not believe in designating one "type" of massage prior to your treatment. Instead, we discuss your goals for the session and build the massage around that. During these sessions, a variety of techniques and pressure may be used.

How Often?: Massage can be performed as often as daily but will vary depending on your specific needs and the techniques used.
